This retreat is for you if you need space to slow down, think clearly, and get support in working through stress, anxiety, low mood, or life patterns that feel stuck.

You’ll stay in comfortable, high-quality cabins on the farm , designed to feel both cosy and restful. Offering the comfort needed to truly relax.

During your stay, your days will include therapy, time outdoors, good food, and opportunities to rest.

You’ll also have access to our spa area with a traditional Finnish sauna , outdoor hot tub , and a grill hut for relaxed evenings by the fire.

Guided walks in the surrounding landscape help you settle into the rhythm of the place and create space to breathe and reflect.

You’ll be supported throughout the retreat by an experienced psychologist through daily group and/or individual sessions, as well as contact before and after the retreat to help you prepare and integrate what you gain.
