Our programme

  • Are you stuck, turning in circles, having unhelpful thoughts, depression, fears, or unhealthy coping mechanisms. Here we offer intensive self-exploration time.

    Begin your journey with a group session designed to welcome you, outline the days ahead, and help you define your personal goals. Over the course of the five-day retreat, you'll engage in three days of individual therapy sessions, along with a variety of supportive activities tailored to the season and weather conditions. These may include walk-and-talk sessions, relaxing moments, spa, skiing, ice skating, fishing, ice-dipping, harvesting, cycling, hands-on cooking experiences, and other personalized activities designed around your individual goals.

  • Starting with a group session designed to welcome you, we will outline the retreat schedule and provide strategies to support you during the upcoming silent days.

    Experience two full days of silence, followed by two semi-silent days that include one-on-one therapy sessions to support your inner work. On the fifth and final day, we’ll come together for a closing group session to reflect, share (if you wish), and gently transition out of silence.

    Before your arrival, we’ll ask for some background information to help us prepare a personalized plan. On the arrival day, we’ll refine this plan together and go over the schedule during a shared dinner.

    reconnect and grow.

    Day 2: Your journey begins with a couple’s session and outdoor activities tailored to the

    season and weather.

    Day 3: Each of you will have an individual session, alongside other reflective or nature-

    based activities.

    Day 4: You’ll participate in additional couple’s sessions. Based on these, the fifth day

    will be shaped to meet your unique needs.

    Day 6: We’ll come together for a group closure session with all participating couples,

    creating space for shared reflection.
