Our programme

  • Are you stuck, turning in circles, having unhelpful thoughts, depression, fears, or unhealthy coping mechanisms. Here we offer intensive self-exploration time.

    Begin your journey with a group session designed to welcome you, outline the days ahead, and help you define your personal goals. Over the course of the five-day retreat, you'll engage in three days of individual therapy sessions, along with a variety of supportive activities tailored to the season and weather conditions. These may include walk-and-talk sessions, relaxing moments, spa, skiing, ice skating, fishing, ice-dipping, harvesting, cycling, hands-on cooking experiences, and other personalized activities designed around your individual goals.

  • Starting with a group session designed to welcome you, we will outline the retreat schedule and provide strategies to support you during the upcoming silent days.

    Experience two full days of silence, followed by two semi-silent days that include one-on-one therapy sessions to support your inner work. On the fifth and final day, we’ll come together for a closing group session to reflect, share (if you wish), and gently transition out of silence.

    Before your arrival, we’ll ask for some background information to help us prepare a personalized plan. On the arrival day, we’ll refine this plan together and go over the schedule during a shared dinner.

    Day 2: Your journey begins with a couple’s session and outdoor activities tailored to the

    season and weather.

    Day 3: Each of you will have an individual session, alongside other reflective or nature-

    based activities.

    Day 4: You’ll participate in additional couple’s sessions. Based on these, the fifth day

    will be shaped to meet your unique needs.

    Day 6: We’ll come together for a group closure session with all participating couples,

    creating space for shared reflection.

    This retreat is for you if you need space to slow down, think clearly, and get support in working through stress, anxiety, low mood, or life patterns that feel stuck.

    You’ll stay in comfortable, high-quality cabins on the farm , designed to feel both cosy and restful. The setting is simple and natural, while still offering the comfort needed to truly relax.

    During your stay, your days will include therapy, time outdoors, good food, and opportunities to rest.

    You’ll also have access to our spa area with a traditional Finnish sauna , outdoor hot tub , and a grill hut for relaxed evenings by the fire.

    Guided walks in the surrounding landscape help you settle into the rhythm of the place and create space to breathe and reflect.

    You’ll be supported throughout the retreat by an experienced psychologist through daily group and/or individual sessions, as well as contact before and after the retreat to help you prepare and integrate what you gain.

    You’ll stay together in comfortable, high-quality cabins 🛏️ designed to feel cosy, private, and restful. The setting is simple and natural, offering the comfort needed to truly relax side by side.

    During your stay, your days will include guided couples therapy, time outdoors, nourishing meals, and opportunities to rest and reconnect 🧠🌲🥗.

    You’ll also have access to our spa area with a traditional Finnish sauna 🔥, outdoor hot tub ♨️, and relaxed evenings in the grill hut by the fire — creating space for meaningful conversation and quiet presence.

    Guided walks in the surrounding landscape 🥾 help you slow down together and settle into a gentler rhythm.

    Throughout the retreat, you’ll be supported by an experienced psychologist through structured sessions and reflective exercises, with contact before and after your stay to help you prepare and integrate what you gain — both individually and as a couple.

    In silence, your days will include guided meditation, reflective practices, time outdoors, nourishing meals, and generous space for rest 🧘‍♀️🌲🥗. Without the need to speak, you may begin to hear your own thoughts more clearly and gently settle your nervous system.

    You’ll also have access to our spa area with a traditional Finnish sauna 🔥 and outdoor hot tub ♨️ — quiet spaces to soften and unwind.

    Slow walks in the surrounding landscape 🥾 support a steady rhythm and deeper presence.

    Throughout the retreat, you’ll be gently guided by an experienced psychologist, with supportive structure before and after your stay to help you prepare for silence and integrate your experience when you return home.
