Starting with a group session designed to welcome you, we will outline the retreat
schedule and provide strategies to support you during the upcoming silent days.
Experience two full days of silence, followed by two semi-silent days that include one-
on-one therapy sessions to support your inner work. On the fifth and final day, we’ll
come together for a closing group session to reflect, share (if you wish), and gently
transition out of silence.
Before your arrival, we’ll ask for some background information to help us prepare a
personalized plan. On the arrival day, we’ll refine this plan together and go over the
